We are probably about his level.Not sure what fee and wages he would be.

Townsend will be great for us. Was one of the few positives in our last season in the Premier.

Would be a good signing for us and as someone said about our level. I think he looks out of place at utd because he isnt up to that standard. People can see that and its clearly knocked his confidence. A new start at a club more suited to his abillity and I bet hes a very talented player.

Cleverley is class, he's been handled badly at Utd. He could become a special player if he goes abroad or to a prem side that play decent football. Would thrive at Everton.

Townsend scores a screamer ever so often but he hinders the team, never passes, 0 link up play. And he'll be expensive - would rather get Zaha or someone

today: Lamps, Rio, Cleverley, Lescott, Townsend, Lennon.

Out of that lot Lescott and Townsend would be a good choice although i have always liked Lennon

Definitely take Townsend, but no way would I want Lennon.Although I'd take Redmond from Norwich.he's only 20 and is already a better player than Lennon.

I always liked Lennon but his goals/assists records is fairly poor year on year which surprised me.
