Correct Matty. Paul Morrissey shortened the question which in full was:

Many clubs have advisors at board level with extensive footballing experience. Do you think the lack of one at QPR has proved a hindrance to the club specifically with regard to player transfers, salary and contract negotiations, as well as liaising with the manager, scouts and staff? If so, is this an issue you plan to address?

I'll play it back again but at the time I felt TF at least gave an honest response, which may have been different had the full question been read out. I notice he used the word 'assumption' with regard to managers though which I felt still reveals a little naivety.

Cheers Stan & Matty, actually just watched 18th to 48th minute, as people have said, appeared to answer questions as honestly as he could.

      Just to wind up Richard up, TF appears set on 40k but now appreciates we'd have serious trouble filling it ;-}
"Steve, do you think 25k is a good option when there are indications that within four years, new stadiums on average have increased attendances of 60%?
For us that would mean around 29k."

I've just listened to a repeat as I was busy earlier and I have to say that was probably one of the best fans forums I've seen. Well structured and organised with sensible questions put before hand and no drunken buffoons in the audience asking pointless questions and rambling on talking nonsense.

I have this feeling that this season will be the last bad season for us, after watching the fans forum I feel things will only change for the better, this includes players turning bad when they join us.

Each year we as a club will make steps forwards, it should be a great feeling to be part of it and leaving the bad behind.

It maybe slow but who cares?

I think last night demonstrated the value of having board representation at a fans' forum.

Even if people may not have been in full agreement with all the answers to their questions, the very fact that they were present and were clearly listening to and taking on board fans' concerns and providing full and transparent responses has resulted in the majority of feedback being very positive, which has not always been the case at previous forums.

It is great that the club puts this stuff online.

Tony truly is the best owner I can remember. Ever the diplomat, he didn't call FFP a load of b0llocks that won't stand up for one second in court, instead he said he understood what they are trying to do and he agrees with it, but it doesn't work for relegated teams who have players under contract and can't cut their Premier League wage bill overnight. No cards were shown as to how we are going to proceed with this.

Rodney Marsh, QPR legend but fans forum plonker. I've always enjoyed reading what Rodney has to say but he lost the plot a bit during the FFP discussion. What do Man Utd. and Fulham have to do with the FOOTBALL LEAGUE FFP rules? Tony had just finished saying how it doesn't work for relegated teams! Also, he tried to stroke the crowd's ego by loudly proclaiming that QPR is his team while anybody who has read his "Loose Cannon" autobiography will see he makes it pretty clear he is Man City sky blue.

Tony was asked point blank whether Remy has a release clause and refused to answer. How easy would it have been to make everybody happy by saying "no, Remy does not have a release clause"? Since that didn't happen, I think there is only one conclusion to be drawn. If we don't go up, expect to see him off for a song.

I was impressed with Mark Donnelly. I thought he showed great presence in interjecting to correct TF on the discussion about disabled facilities. While TF had just said it was a mistake if there were no questions in the survey about disabled facilities, Donnelly interrupted to say that the survey was intended to capture broad design parameters and that details about disabled facilities would not be needed until several years down the road.

As for "Tony is quite correct" Phil Beard: bend over Tony, pucker up Phil.

I found it totally embarrassing that people used this to beg for hand outs. Ponchos for disabled fans because they are not under cover? Really? Does being disabled mean you don't own a rain coat? Free coaches to Wigan? Good idea, would be a nice gesture, but don't go to the Fans Forum to beg the Chairman for a hand out. It makes us all look like cheap f*ckers.

'Only a Ranger!' cried Gandalf. 'My dear Frodo, that is just what the Rangers are: the last remnant in the South of the great people, the Men of West London.' - Lord of the Rings, Book II, Chapter I - Many Meetings.

Made me cringe too, people shouldn't use a disability as a way to ponce for stuff. And the old wally at the back who "spoke to Rodney before" moaning about his away seats! What makes you so special?

Not only that, IIRC we're the only club in the country which broadcasts fans' forums live.

They mentioned that a tecnical committee is going to take care of Our scouting network and some other issues. Who is sitting in that committiee , I Wonder? One of them is PB, I guess.
