Based on what? do you know that his contract is running down..do you know negotiations haven't take place to offer him a new one? just asking

IF you read my post it said IF we have allowed a very good young player to get near his contract end without getting him to sign. Whilst the paper in question could make up the Stoke bit, it us pretty easy to check out the contract end date. Could be he doesn't want to sign for a variety of reasons, no progression, more money elsewhere etc etc. not seen a lot of the lad but know he has pace and is pretty direct, both attributes we are currently lacking, so surely got to be a better bet wide than Oneill, or even Holliet on current form.

There again as much as people defend it Redknapp has never been very forward thinking in terms of tactics, fitness or player selection preferring his old tried and failed measures and players.

Ehmer is injured mate! We recalled him to play for us but injured his shoulder in an EDS game. Such a shame as now would be the perfect chance to play him!

To be fair, Ehmer would definitely be in the squad if he was crocked. Hitchcock should've been kept, but with Petrasso we don't even know if this story is true.

That was my initial thoughts Kev, and exactly why I'm not going to have an opinion on this 1 until somethings actually happening.
