Brought in for defensive coach but by all accounts players not to fond of his training. I saw Barton tweet a picture a while ago that looked like a joke but may have deeper meanings. It was sent to Downes & it was a picture of a book called football training by dummies or something very similar. I took it as a dig when I saw it if I'm honest.
