I'm sorry last time I checked we were QPR playing in the Championship not the Champions League. The fact that Downes has coached along side Pardew, Alladyce and Coppell suggests he is highly respected within the game. I agree with W12 but I did hear a players father in the pub pre Leicester game saying the players felt they've gone back not forward since Downes took over. He wasn't slagging him off merely saying the intensity of training had dipped.
