Wouldn't mind old Ollie filling the vacancy left my Steve McLaren
"Imagine a relationship that went wrong but you held on in there for years: that's what it is like supporting a football team. Your loyalty to a team can never die. Ties are stronger than they could ever be with a woman. If she goes and sleeps with your best mate, it's over. If the Rs' boss, Ian Holloway, slept with my best mate, QPR would still be my team. Even if many of the things that you loved about going to matches have gone - terraces, team shirts without sponsors and being able to smoke at grounds - you still stick with your team." - Peter Doherty.

I've said it about Ollie before, give him a team of decent lads to motivate and get playing to full potential and he's a cracking man manager. The minute things require a bit of tactical nouse then you're f*cked!!!

As much as I like the guy I don't believe for a second that he's a Premiership level manager. That said I think Palarse would go down with Jose Mourinho in charge this season!

got to agree with that Tarbie, was a fantastic manager for us, not many could have done as good a job as Ollie, a club, at the time, that was potless. In the end though, he totally lost the plot

Hope Warnock doesn't go back into football and especially back there

Has to be Tony Pullis doesn't it?

Can't think of anyone else who would go there that could get that Palace squad picking up points!

Looking at the quotes coming out from Holloway and Parish, one has to give them both the utmost credit for behaving in such a dignified and honest manner.

They both deserve better than Crystal Palace though, to be fair.

Why the hell would they go for warnock when he got sacked from us for exactly the same reason holloway has just walked/been pushed. So he was deemed not good enough to keep us up, but he will be fine to do it for Palace???????

Pretty much. Their squad is far to weak to compete in premiership football but they might have a small chance if they start playing premiership pulisball instead.
