All the excitement from some on here about this kid signing for us. Anonymous from the sound of it today. Not digging the boy out, but want to ask is he up to Championship football?
Seems Derby fans don't rate him, and now as i say seemed to be very quiet. Obviously if fans at the game say different fair enough, but it sounded as though Yeovil got through to our defence very easily.Good job Greeno was in top form.

Thanks to Rob Green. I had never heard of this kid before yet some posters on here were talking like he was a young Beckham. We seem to be carrying him at the moment it seems. Can we afford passengers?
Bearing in mind we barely had a shot at goal 2nd half, so creating little, would we be better off playing Henry and shutting the midfield down so that opposing teams haven't got a clear run on our defence.
That's all i'm asking. Is he up to it?

Should have learnt your lesson from last season. Posters over rate players that they know nothing about. I am saying the kid cannot come good but last season prove that posters do not know the players. They just pick up and run with it.

Don't think we had a shot second half, Dave. Bar the penalty. I don't think we got players into the box more than twice second half. Certainly never won a corner.

I was pleased with the signing, because all the games I'd seen him play for the U-21's and Spurs, admittedly not huge amounts of them, were very encouraging, especially the most recent. He was also highly rated by Spurs fans and people in the media had talked of how promising he is.

Championship is totally different, and will take more than two dire games to get used to. Using those games to smugly point out how everyone got it wrong is a little premature IMO

Surely someone so highly rated, who has already played at championship level should of stamped his authority by now? The 2 games excuse dosnt wear with me as he's already dipped his toe with derby last season. He knows what this division is about. One for leyton orient or brentford I feel. We ain't a crèche for Tottenham and redknapp should be looking to bed in our own youngsters

180 minutes is alot of time to make an impact in a **** poor division that he knows well. Shall we give him til the end of the season to "gel" before we make any further criticism? I mean he is only an England u21 international

Not ridiculous at all. I have a feeling you wasn't at the Brighton game? I made a comment that he was a lightweight and this could be a problem in this division. Certainly playing him as a central midfielder it is so I was hoping from more of him. The link up play with Austin was non existent. Also he is losing the ball in dangerous areas again today by the sound of it. I hope someone that went today can give an honest opinion not another tw- deeps who just feel it's right to give the lad 10 games to find his feet
