Hooper is more than happy to come to Rangers. Everything was agreed with him. He wants Premiership football that's all. He thinks he'll get it with us but there is no guarantee of that. Norwich are in the Premiership now we are not.

He not signed for them yet has he and you're throwing you toys all over the place. Let's have this conversation once everything is confirmed shall we.

I question the lack of scouting at QPR. There must be tons of talent around europe. And we chase the most obvious targets like Hooper who is easily prem standard and you don't have to be a scout to know that.
