Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
And many more mistakes

What difference does make if he does talk? It's not like Norwich was oblivious to us bidding before Harry spoke was it?Comment

Valid point. There is cheaper and better players than Hooper who Prem clubs not are chasing. Hooper is a bit of punching above our weight. This scenario (prob a Prem team coming in and beating us) was quite obvious from the beginning. He wanted to play in the Prem, he has been a success in Scotland and he is english - wonder if any Prem clubs will be interested? Dooooh. Hope we have other targets, we need forwards but again....the scouting should be questioned. This guy is a fine example :http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cristian_Ram%C3%ADrez
Will be a world beater but is now chosen by a team from Bundsliga 2. In 5 years he will be a superstar. These kind of players should be potential signings for QPR. If Duseldorf can get him I`m sure we could`ve.Comment

At what point did HR say the deal was done....! And Norwich would know exactly what the situation is with the deal regardless of what HR said. It was a very ambitious signing for a Championship side, and as soon as a prem team had a bit accepted it would always be game over for us! Now stop the moaning...!Comment

This thread explains exactly why Hull refer to us as Drama QPR
Him not signing has nothing to do with what Rednapp did or did not say as our interest has been all over the news for the last two weeks. Hooper don't want to sign for us plain and simple if he did he would have by now.
Do people seriously think that in the space of an hour this morning Norwich have gone from agreeing fee, personal terms and a medical???? Hooper and his agent have had this as the plan all along the move to Norwich was what he wanted but at the time Norwich were unwilling to meet Celtics fee so we in all intents and purposes were the fall back position had Norwich not upped their bid.
He may well still sign if something does not go to plan but if he don't its nothing to do with Rednapp his agents have no doubt be talking to plenty including usComment
