Tbh this is getting so boring now. So much for the timescale QPR gave for him to make a decision. It's gonna go into the last week & he'll snub us then we'll frantically be looking for a replacement blah blah

Couldn't agree more, if we gave him an ultimatum stick to it if not give him 24 hours or the deals off and move on. Austin, if his medical issues are catered for, is a better bet in any case.

Hopefully we are already looking at alternatives.

All hopes now being hung on an average NPC player who has recently failed a medical. Only at QPR

Buy Tom Pope from Port Vale instead.

Have you seen Austin play? Better all round than Hooper and very similar goal scoring ratio in Championship, also younger. Yes there were issues with medical but hasn't missed many games and something similar happened to Demba Ba at Stoke and he hasn't done to bad. Also might actually want to play for us!

personally would rather him playing for us than against us. decent goal return.

Rumours going round that Austin has a drug habit. Do we really need another basket case?

Also as somebody already mentioned. We could sign him on a similar contract to Dunne, which we were able to cancel were he to break down. There is actually a certain amount of risk with any player because they could get injured at any time. That's why I can never understand why clubs pay tens of millions of pounds for players when there is a risk they could go out and get injured and never play the same way again.

Or Hull, or whoever pays him most etc etc

Honestly, #QPR fans unhappy with (apparently typical) lack of signings should try supporting one of the other 91 clubs. You'd be suicidal.

Why is it Hoopers fault! Here we have a post started by a fan who has "passed " on information from another, which is obviously totally incorrect as Hooper was named in tonights squad, so he hadn't signed.Yet, in todays must have society we all want to know information as quick as possible. Thanks to the internet, it creates attention seekers....I'm not saying dazza is an attention seeker - but 48 pages down the line, and people still kicking on about Hooper is a... hope he..., when probably has never ever been near the club.

We still have been unable to shift the **** we have been left with from the two previous regimes.I'm guessing that the next two weeks will see a little bit more activity. At the moment we have only added Dunne and Simpson and cost us jake ****e...but happy to see a couple of potential good youngsters doing well against a very good Italian team.

Back to Hooper....why in the fu,.ck would he sign for us ?As much as i hate Norwich, there have stabilised into a prem side and if i were Hooper i'd go to them untill such time as QPR got their house in order.
