    Derry on talk sport today

Big Alan just said villa were after mbia and Derry was asked about him, he sort of dodged the question but said that everyone thought mbia was off possibly back to France and that he made it clear he wants to leave.

Only other thing said was that he spoke good English. Derry didn't seem to be that bothered about mbia or appeared to be a favourite of his

May have been more but only just turned on

        Interesting M'bia out, Barton back.
My old man was the star player for HMP Parkhurst during their successful and unbeaten 77/78 season.

Derry would hardly be a big fan of Mbia would he, given he's one of the reasons Derry couldn't get in the team.

I am beginning to think Derry was a major factor in any unrest over the last couple of years!

''I am beginning to think Derry was a major factor in any unrest over the last couple of years!''

If he was its only because he's prepared to put in a shift and work for the team unlike most of the rest of them!
2011-2013, 2 seasons in the Premiership, 76 games, 14 wins........two years of my life I'll never get back!!

2013/2014 mediocrity topped off with a win at Wembley....

2014/2015 was pretty much the same as 2011-2013.....

              2015/2016, average at best.....

              2016/2017, same old, same old....

              2017/2018, aim low, avoid disappointment!

Its the hope that kills you!

He may well have been, but for the right reasons imo .....He could see the players being picked in front of him were not earning their money and he felt he could do better.

I think Derry's time is up too. We need to replace him.

Disagree Yousef, i think we should keep him for this season, think he still has a lot to offer and we only have 3 midweek games all season apparently so this saturday midweek saturday scenario isn't really going

I heard a bit of this. Dezzer reckons Cesar is off especially as he will want to be playing at the highest level so he can represent Brazil in his home country World Cup next year. He also reckoned Adel would stay but needs to improve his attitude.

Just had a massive fall out with Derry on football manager cos I fined him for a red card which I do anyone who gets sent off, proper toys out the pram and refuses to talk to me. Imagine that in real life?

Ignoring football manager part it sounds like such a Warnock line
"I fined him for a red card which I do anyone who gets sent off"

Haha, as for Derry's time is up, not a chance, wen Derry played last 2 seasons we were good & didn't let many in, when he didnt play we were trash. Ashame Redknapp's got too high a ego to realise his mistake
                            Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
                            And many more mistakes

LES FERDINAND, IT'S TIME TO GO
