Yeah fair enough vblock i'll take your word on Traore's attitude and yeah i did agree his defending was not great, so fair point he prob would cost us more than he could create.
Only my opinion obviously on Samba, prob more i want him to get back to his best, although will he be with us next year anyway? Think he is better than what he showed us.
Hoilett is a good call. I too wonder if he stays he might be alot better, already been training with Toronto this summer, so hoping he comes back sharper than he looked all last season

Still remember traore's cross for helguson against stoke. probs my favourite goal of that seasonOriginally posted by QPRDave View PostTraore ...disagree think he's been prob our best crosser in the last 2 seasons....defending yeah awful
Derry/Hill...not sure if their legs are gone...maybe don't know...think they'll be ok in the champs
Samba...prem is still his level, less than a year in Russia won't turn you into a bad player, just think he was unfit and lost confidence. You see how many prem teams line up for him if he's up for sale
Jenas...Easily good enough for the champs ..thought he was ok for us in the prem
Green...well don't know...better than Cesar, think he'll be ok in the champs
Btw remember Faurlin is coming back"What stats allow you to do is not take things at face value. The idea that I trust my eyes more than the stats, I just don't buy that because I've seen magicians pull rabbits out of hats and I know I just know that rabbit's not in there." - Billy Beane

The fact that Harry wanted Bridge tells us Traore is not part of the plans
Doubts about Samba & Hoilett staying
Faurlin and Jenas potentially look strong in the middle
I would make Nedum captain and I think we will see him really come good.
Also go with Harriman and keep him in the side and let him develop. What I saw from him at Anfield was promising
Does Remy's hearing in September mean he's not going to leave until Jan at the earliest? Anyone know the answer to this.

Notice there were rumours about clubs interested in Remy before the rape allegation and all that stopped since then. So I guess yes he will stay at least until January.Originally posted by Busheyboy View PostDoes Remy's hearing in September mean he's not going to leave until Jan at the earliest? Think Harry has decide if Harriman is good enough or if a better option is available. Our main objective is promotion and we don't want someone who is learning if we can get a finished article. Plus if Harriman isn't up to it yet
we don't want to destroy his confidence. I would like to see our youngsters come through but only if they're ready.

I rate all of them, not saying they are all great players. But these guys are probably are most honest and better players IMO
Samba is a prem player
Jenas did well for us last season and can offer us something in the championship
Green isnt anywhere near as good as Cesar but a good keeper and will do good for us next season
Derry and Hill im just not sure on, 1 more year?
Traore isnt the best defender but he is good going forward

Agree with the others but Samba a prem player? He looked total sh1t and he was in one of the worse defences in the league. Only advantage he has is his size and physicality. Poor distribution, poor awareness, slow and brainless. If he is a prem player then thats great news cos we can sell him and get our money back...know any prem clubs that would pay £12 million for him and give him a vast wage as well?..................didnt think so. And dont give me the "not fit" excuse, how long does it take the bloke to get fit? fit or not that wont improve his decision making. Shocking player that has now got relegated with 2 prem clubs.Originally posted by qpr4life View PostNot far off -

Based on the Samba we inherited in the Prem for the price we paid... We got ripped off!! He wasnt worth 12 million.Originally posted by vblockranger View PostAgree with the others but Samba a prem player? He looked total sh1t and he was in one of the worse defences in the league. Is he a bad player? Im not sure, I still believe that 10 games doesnt make a player.
I still feel he is a good player and can do a job in the prem.
Im not sure hes going anywhere, because as you said... Who will pay even 8million for him now?
