Langley: Rangers need to keep Taarabt

In fairness Langley has turned up to more QPR home games this season then Adel :sorry: often see him making his way into the ground before games

Taarabt didn't play cos he was out of shape and in poor form. Taarabt couldn't be bothered to get in shape for the season and he's somehow hard done by cos he doesn't make the starting 11. It's idiots like Langley blowing smoke up Adel's a*se that are half the problem!

I really don't see that as such a problem. Footballers are able to switch off their emotions to further their careers. Crouch is a QPR fan but it didn't stop him scoring to help Stoke stay up.

Years ago Denis Law scored the decisive goal for Man City against Man Utd to send them down, yet he is a united fan and hero to their fans.
It seems that some QPR fans cannot accept Langley wanting a crack at the Championship rather than another league 1 campaign.

Langley is spot on, without adel it will be much harder getting out of the championship, let him take the pis s out of championship defenders and then sell him.

The annoying thing is, we know Adel has the potential to be a good player, but his attitude and fitness let him down.

As for the way Adel is treated by the club, we don't know what goes on behind the scenes, and Langley, as an ex-player, may be privy to information none of us are.

I'm on the keeping Adel side, top player in the cham, bags of skill and old H should be chatting with NW as to where and how Adel should be played within the team.

Firstly, I don't think he wants to play in the championship again and secondly, I think it's time to move him on.
He was great when we were in the championship before but has been very inconsistent in the PL and all the Adel worshippers should be honest and admit that.
We'd probably get £5m for him which shows a good profit, even allowing Spurs' cut.
IMO it's reached a point where his presence becomes counter productive as he wants to take every corner, throw, free kick, etc and this doesn't help other players to progress.
Great talent, no question but end of the line for me
We have to look to the future and I don't see him as part of it
