I'm expecting him to go, and won't be too heartbroken, but Rob Green is effectively exactly the same kind of keeper, with perhaps a greater tendency to drop one in his own net. The criticism of Cesar parrying the ball too much certainly applied to Green in the previous couple of games.
Ridiculously we need to get a decent keeper over the summer, I assume it'll have to be a young promising one as cover for Green, as he's far too costly to leave on the bench in the Championship.Comment

I think with Green his main obstacle is confidence. He's hardly gonna have a lot of that since he joined our circus. Signed, dropped, called upon done well, dropped. I think a good pre season & him assured of the number 1 jersey will do him wonders although I agree I usually watch through my fingers anytime he's under pressure.Comment

Rather Green anyway. Chuck a nice Ł6 or Ł7m price tag on him for somebody to pay and reinvest in a striker. You should never underestimate the predictability of stupidity.Comment

Very good shot stopper, but then again so was Kenny. Both can't catch and can't distribute that well."When you went to the corner and saw our fans celebrating the way they were you just wanted to be part of it" - Shaun Derry after we beat the scum 1-0Comment

My take at it aswell. Green is also a doubt between the stricks.I'm expecting him to go, and won't be too heartbroken, but Rob Green is effectively exactly the same kind of keeper, with perhaps a greater tendency to drop one in his own net. It could also be the QPR fans´s tendency to single out and make a player a scapegoat. In this case, I don´t know what to believe, really.QPR

Cesar is someone that I'll forget we even had after he has gone tbh....had a good month in january but at other times has been pretty shoddy. I dont think Arsenal will come in for him.Comment
