Its not an exaggeration you say he sanctioned the signings which therefore suggests he should have said no to the signings which would mean he's dictating who we do and do not sign.
Fully agree with a football person as a go between, someone savvy who knows his way around football and knows the tricks agents play and the actual worth of a player. For me the person to go and get as he has a proven track record and has been out the game a while is David DeinComment
