That it? Lightweight. You misunderstood, I meant bring on the championship where we can have normal kick off times and have 7 or 8 pints before the game, win and go and have the same again. We haven't had that many 3pm on a Saturday this year.
Will miss the publicity we get in the prem buts that it.You should never underestimate the predictability of stupidity.Comment

I meant every match is a competition for us. I would guess we wouldn't be this s*** in the PL next season, as well as you believe it would be rosy in the Championship.Err right. It is about the most predictable league outside of Scotland and Spain. It is nothing like a competition. Top teams are light years ahead - to the point that success for the 2nd tier is the mere chance of coming fourth - to the point they sacrifice trophy chances for that "honour". How can it be competitive when we have won 4 games.....that is nothing like competitive.
As for us not being **** in the PL next season - how do you know that - nearly everyone here said the same at the end of last season.Comment

This old chestnut!
two can play at that game, if it wasnt for tango and cash, we would not be in the prem league.
yeah sure, its all their fault for not funding warnock even though they were selling the club.

we bought ferdinand and bothroyd, that was going to help us establish ourselvee in the top flight, you've got a thing about Warnock that clouds your judgmentI must away now, I can no longer tarry
This morning's tempest I have to cross
I must be guided without a stumble

Nope - I don't think it will be rosy in the Championship, I just thing there is a silver lining and that is that we will be in a competition rather than a procession and the league can be more fun watching your team for that reason.Comment

Seeing as it looks like we're pretty much gauanteed to be playing in the CCC next season, I might as well get used to it, but I'm certainly not looking forward to it.
1 maybe 2 decent seasons we had in that league, so I don't have that many fond memories.
For me I grew up watching us put teams like Spurs, Chelsea & Arsenal in their place, and just the thought of teams like Foolham, Cardiff and Wigan in a higher league leaves me completely gutted
It's easier going to away games and things what with being able to pay on the day ect, but Tuesday night freezing cold away to Burnley or Barnsley are things I hoped I wouldn't be doing again.Comment

"The kids missed everything from Queens Park Rangers to Conkers".
London Pride has been handed down to us.
London Pride is a flower that's free.
London Pride means our own dear town to us,
And our pride it for ever will be.Comment

What has given me the most satisfaction as an R's fan over the years is WINNING matches. LOSING makes me a tad peed off. It is not the end of the world but just is not a good feeling.
Since day 1 back in the prem losing 0-4 to Bolton we have thought of nothing but relegation (please tell me different). I have remained positive to the end, I hope we stay up and we still can. But if I am to be honest life back in the prem has been pretty damn miserable, I have been happy only four times this season, it get's monotonous.
So to keep things positive, being relegated would mean our chances of winning increase by at least FIVE times.
That would make me five times more happy and I reckon we will have a MIGHTY chance of coming straight back up.

Thing I hate most about the prem is the fans of other clubs who know absolute sweet fa about football. Makes my blood boil and really not worth even entering an argument. The amount who I've annihilated throughout this season is quite embarrassing.
We will come straight back up if we go down though, no good using wolves/blackburn as examples they are horrible nothing clubsComment
