Same here!
I want to see us in the top flight and doing as well as we can....but I just don't enjoy it as much. The PL is no competition at all, just a predictable waste of time that will get worse with FFP which will just make Man U and Arsenal and co stronger and stronger regardless of what some people think here.Comment

I played sunday league football today.
Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.
I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.
We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!Comment

PYep. The big clubs will get bigger. Footballs ****ed. My roots are from League 1, I love the FL and never watch MOTD but always watch The Football League Show. I'd rather we stayed up tbh but going into the Football League wouldn't bother me too muchSame here!

Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
And many more mistakes

Missed the champs since we got promoted in all honesty....IF we stay up, great... but foresee another season of struggle probably..at least in the champs it is a more competitive league and anyone can beat anyone.....thing is what is the aim in the champs? To get back to the closed shop which is the Prem? Catch 22 here.Comment

Yeah lets all clap and wave when brentford pass because that is what some of you sound like you'd be happy with.
Disgraceful losers style post and I just hope other fans expect a little better.I played sunday league football today.

Exactly this.
Don't get me wrong, I don't wanna come across as bitter and "didn't wanna be in the PL anyway" as of course I want our club to be in the top division, if somebody offered us the chance to survive this season I'd certainly take it, but purely as a fan speaking from my own selfish enjoyment point of view, the Championship is a bl00dy good crack. As Ric says, I love the social side; meeting pals, getting abit boozey and, hopefully, winning games. The PL has, on the whole, been totally $hit in the enjoyment stakes. If / when we go down, I'll certainly not be shedding any tears and I'll be focusing on the positives and looking forward to the Championship and the new away days &, hopefully, a nice title push! You should never underestimate the predictability of stupidity.Comment

In addition to the above; I doubt any / many fans that have regularly attended games over the past 2 seasons will say they have genuinely enjoyed the PL more than the Championship. You should never underestimate the predictability of stupidity.Comment

the only positive i can take ,is IF we make it back to the Prem ,we might learn from our mistakesFootball played the Charlie Ferris wayComment

With all due respect you seem to have changed your tune a bit. You have been writing us off to the Championship for the last month.Comment

The trouble is that although it is more fun in the Championship there is a feeling of being second best. I have enjoyed the prestige of being in the Prem but not the experience itself if that makes sense.Comment
