Cisse certainly has looked a shadow of himself, but his personal situation may have something to do with that.
Diakite has also had difficulties, there are injuries as well, but I can't honestly say that I can think of anyone who is not giving 100%, Park is not being utilised properly, SWP is the same as he was last season.....
You may be right if course, but it's not apparent to me yet. They are not clicking with each other, of that there is no doubt, but I do feel that individually they are all trying hard.

Voice the situation. Explain to us what he is trying to do..why the team is unbalanced atm. etc,etc.. The club could even arrange a meeting where people could ask questions. Didn´t we do such meetings back in the days?Originally posted by brightonr View PostApart from ridiculing himself, what could he say?
I know that that we have PR. people who deal with info from the club on daily nowadays, but anyway.
Just an idea, so people could get the chance to warn to him, if that´s a problem.
I for one still support him.QPR

so you just sack the manager every six months in the hope that the next one will have the magic formula, even though all the evidence suggests that clubs that do that actually have worse results rather than better results? Why is it nailed on that Redknap wd get better results? Aren't you actually thinking of Spurs when you think of him, not him in charge of QPR? And isn't he notorious for wanting massive squads and driving his clubs either to bankruptcy (Portsmouth) or to near penury (Spurs, where he had a ridiculously large squad which he failed to utilize until even the indulgent Levy decided enough was enough).Harry is also famously only interested in the first team, whereas the whole Fernandes project is about building an infrastructure that was previously lacking at our club. I share your pain but ultimately that is all it is - pain, a cry for help, not a strategy.Originally posted by Rebel R's View PostI genuinely think HR wouldn't demand huge money for signings,we need a CB and a striker in January that is obvious, but that's it I think, the squad we have is strong,no doubt, but just not performing, and that in my opinion comes down to the manager.Hughes could well get it right and put together a run of results and that would be great, just don't see it happening for him, think he has lost the dressing room.He deserves a few more games to get a win or two under his belt but if results continue then we simply can't just sit back and do nothing, that would be suicidal.People keep going on about "stability ",but what is more important, apparent stability and Relagation or survival under a new manager?

By his own admission he's not good enough at LB.Originally posted by dsqpr View PostDidn't Hill play LB almost the entire season when we were promoted? This is a higher league but I don't think it's fair to say he is out of position there.Supporting QPR isn't just about a football team. It's about roots and identity.

Personally I think Hughes should be given at least one full season to prove himself, even if it ends in relegation. Although I cant see that happening as I think we'll turn things around, plus the striker and CB issue will most likely be addressed in January. I put a bullseye on us avoiding the drop the other day but the odds were terrible with all the bookies, so I only stand to win a tenner.
