Look what Neil Harris has done at Millwall with an inferior squad and pay structure . Organisation , fight and collective ness cost nothing.

My concern with that is that by then QPR could be heading towards League !.

March's fixtures do not look promising with games at Villa Fulham Hull and Reading plus a home game with Derby. Then April sees QPR go away to Brentford, plus home games against Preston and Norwich. Wth QPR's dreadful away form only beaten Birmingham who almost all opponents were doing so at the time, and at Burton (take a look at how many home defeats they have suffered), can we really expect any more than a draw or 2?

As for not wanting b to breach FFP rules by paying hi and his staff off. relegation will cost more via reduced TV revenues , reduced attendances and perhaps even reduced ticket prices.

That's what I voted for tbh. He is pony but we aren't going down so don't see it would benefit to do it now. Has to go in the summer though ffs.

I'll be honest, I would love to see him sacked today as he is completely out of his depth.

                    Erratic team selections.

Sticking with a ridiculous formation that does not suit our players.

Making very odd decisions during games that shows he's lost and just trying anything daft to change it.

Digging fans out and constant stupid statements after games.

                    Awful record since returning.

Was a complete flop in his last two jobs, on the tv yet we employed him.

Going absolutely nowhere under his guidance

A number 2 that seemingly also doesn't have a scooby.

Fans have turned, even the die hard IH fans seem to have had enough now.

If this poll is anything to go by almost 70% of the fan base want him gone.

A new man will not be expected to do anything this season but it will be a start with regards to a fresh approach for next season. Give the new guy the last amount of games to properly asses what he has at his disposal.

Warnock was appointed on the 1st March. Him seeing out the season enabled him to assess the squad and the entire close season to improve it (Clint, Shaun, Paddy Kenny, Mackie and nailing down Adel) as well as working out how the team would set up and play. That's why we hit the ground running that promotion season.

Of course, Warnocks don't grow on trees. And if they did, Les would overlook them in favour of Jimmy F acking Hassleplank.....

Up to now have always felt it was better to leave it 'til the summer, but in two minds about it now. Someone made the point earlier that making the change now would give a new manager more time to assess his squad. Harder in the summer when the players are on holiday, so less time to assess and prepare for a new season.

The only time the club decides to stick with a manager and it’s the worst of them all. Typical QPR
