    • Confirmed it was 12 candidates who were interviewed, that were then whittled down to 3, with JFH eventually being the outstanding one. The process was done quietly and privately behind the scenes. Very mindful to avoid it being played out in public, no more QPR circus etc.
    • With the squad we have he confirmed that play-offs is still the target, and was the reason why CR was let go. But he stressed that JFH would not be harshly judged if that isn't achieved this season.
