SWEDISH youth international Isak Alemayehu signed for the Development Squad from Djurgärdens on deadline day of the 2025 summer transfer window.


The central midfielder embarked on a move to the R’s having made 16 appearances in all competitions for Djurgärdens – including four in the UEFA Conference League and even produced a goal against Chelsea in the semi-final of the competition.

Having begun his footballing journey with AIK at the age of six, Alemayehu climbed the ranks across Sweden and represented his country at various international levels during his youth career.

He is excited to embark on his footballing adventures in England and take on a ‘big step’ in his career at QPR.
