Smyth man of the match in my opinion and he only played 23 mins.

Starting Saito and using Smyth to sub on and switch things up for that extra little bit when needed on the other flank.

Smyth motm , tracks back , makes interceptions and tackles and drives forward.
Awful kit , great save from nardi from eiders son , that save was as important as a goal.....

Bloody nose by the look of it and a bash to the chin. Cotton wool up his nose for sure.

Very strange. Happened right in front of where I was sat. Hamer and Cook slid into each other, fairly innocuous looking and most of impact seemed to be into Hamer's side torso. He was spark out - I wondered if he had punctured a lung or bashed his heart. Really did not see any contact to his conk? He was motionless for a minute, rolled into the recovery position for a couple of minutes before eventually getting up with blood coming from his nose. He was able to eventually walk off after 5 minutes.

Gawd knows if he'll be okay for Saturday. Nardi did OK but still has the jittery nervous edge about him.

Yeah, I seem to remember the collision into the chest area and it seemed very odd. Perhaps Cook's chest collided with his face too, or studs into the chest and hus knee into the face? But Hammer was sat in the stands second half with cotton wool up each nostril.

The comms also referenced a possible head injury so I assume he'll be out due to normal protocols. I think it's six days out of action due to head injury / concussion, so I very much doubt he'll play on Sat.
