I actually think Marti would be a better fit for Leicester and Cooper would be a better fit for us. I can't see that "Martiball" will ever work in the EFL and Cooper could be like Warnock, great in EFL but can't make leap to the Prem.

I do feel that for 90% of managerial sackings, the club has a replacement all warmed up and ready on the sidelines. I can only assume we have nobody lined up and this is all that's keeping Marti in post. But, with more managers coming on the market that could soon change so Marti badly needs to win some games (that's games, not game... winning 1 out of 4,5,6 or whatever ain't gonna cut it).

I'm hopeful we can get the job done at Cardiff and start a slow rehabilitation of this carcrash of a season.

Many Championship and below managers can't cut it in the Prem ad vice versa, Pep and co could likely struggle down here.

Be interesting to see Marti somewhere with more budget and a more embedded philosophy. But he's not gonna get a chance unless he sorts this out asap.

That's the thing down the bottom, most teams stay down the bottom and never get any momentum going. Therefore a team has to be truly awful to get cut adrift and we've managed to keep broadly in touch by dint of a few draws despite fact we are winless for ages. But, at some point we need to deliver on the "over to us" part and pick up 3pts occasionally.

I suppose tonight has useless draw written all over it with both teams spurning a chance to gain a march on the other. I presume they'd be happier with a point on basis it maintains gap between us and them..... nobody wants to lose a 6-pointer, especially at home.

Where did Celar play before? Was the Gravity different there?
I see him jump so for so many balls and completely misjudge it that I can only assume he's still adjusting to gravity in England or this planet being different to what he's used to.
