Granted others in the squad are not good enough, however Dykes is our main cf and do you believe he’s good enough? The only time he’s looked half decent was with Austin on his own he’s garbage his finishing ability is non league level he’s been here long enough imo and he’s not got any better but plan b is Armstrong so I’d say we need to offload Bonne and bring in a cf, what worries me is Beale reckons we’ve gotta work with what we have and that’s deeply worrying

Not a great result but I suppose it could have been worse, this isn't a great start and things are going to get tougher, surely there is something in the works to bring in a striker who might actually be able to score because if we continue like this it will be a long nervy season!@gatorTFC

I’ll agree on this point with you I’m concerned with our bench option shodipo seriously isn’t cut out as this level and as much as I don’t rate dykes I’d of let him occupy the cb for Armstrong to float off himOriginally posted by Macca View PostJust proves MB is no manager just a coach who should be working under someone else doesn't have a clue poor substations again.

There is only one direction the blame should go and that's the board for not supporting the manager. The team showed it isn't top half quality and we haven't improvedOriginally posted by Rebel R's View PostThe Beale doubters wont feel any different after this ,I hope he is given the time he will need

Think we're something like 5 wins from last 25 games now. People seem to forget the malaise goes back several months and Beale ain't got a magic wand - this will take quite some sorting out and I'd give Beale this window and the next to get a grip of it.

This match thread is a total embarrassment.
For great majority of the game QPR were in the ascendancy.
Both Full Backs gave enjoyable performances and the link up play between Willock, Chair and Armstrong was great.
Yes Dykes missed a good chance but there is no doubting his effort and attitude.
Dozzell played a few decent through balls when he came on and Armstrong looked a threat with immediate effect.
His cross was mashed by Chair with an easier chance to convert than Dykes.
Adomah huffed and puffed as did Johansen and Field not any of those better games.
Dickie, Dunne and Dieng did not have much to do but the goal was a disappointment.
Yes we did not get the three points but there were far more encouraging as against discouraging signs !!!
But by reading this thread we on our way to league one
Get a grip gentlemen !!!

What about the rest of s hit on the pitch apart from a couple of players that are just not good enough not defending Dykes but there others that are just as bad in front of goal, just a poor second rate squad.Originally posted by QPRDave
Are you Dykes lover?
Until we get some money to spend and offload LF and use his wages to get someone in, also we have a poor coach on the cheap.
That is also down to the owners.

I think against most teams today's performance would have been seen as a good one.Originally posted by longtime_ranger View PostThis match thread is a total embarrassment.

Unfortunately Rotherham are not viewed as one of the more fancied teams, Which automatically puts a different perspective on things.
I would argue that it is 2 points dropped, but we played well enough not to be too concerned today.

What a sad person you are. To conclude after five matches that Beale "doesn't have a clue" is laughable. He has plenty of experience from Chelsea, Liverpool, Rangers and Villa and everything point towards a competent person that has a lot of knowledge. Right now he tries to get his philosophy across and it is not done over night. It is not helped by injuries and some serious budget constraints. Please feel free to judge him after a full season, or maybe after the Christmas period is over - but please do not write him off as clueless now, as it isn't serious.Originally posted by Macca View PostJust proves MB is no manager just a coach who should be working under someone else doesn't have a clue poor substations again.

You cannot put a sugar coating on one poxy point from two home games in a matter of days against Blackpool and Rotherham. If you were going to be brutally honest and ignore any context/nuance you'd conclude it was relegation form, no ifs or buts about it.Originally posted by Darkranger View Post

However, it's still August and Rome wasn't built in a day.....

I thought it was an honest appraisal of today's game. 2points dropped despite a good performance. Certainly not trying to sugar coat anything.Originally posted by Abseits View Post
