Don't have to as we have an option on extending contract until end of season.

Just got home. Good away point. Thought eze was outstanding all over the pitch, feared the worst when he looked injured before half time but he played 2nd half without any trouble.

Great point at a tough away ground. Stoke are still full of premiership players (ex). We will have players not playing well at times. The test is to keep picking up points when that does happen and that's exactly what we've been doing. Great to see Rangel score 2 today. Bet he's beaming. Now onto Tuesday against a dogged Rotherham who got a 2-2 draw vs Sheff utd. Won't be an easy game but given how our season has gone now one we should be looking to getb3 points from and then Hull city on Saturday. In the bottom 3 and not doing well. I will be so happy if we can pick up 6 points from those two games. Even 4 would still see us going in the right direction.

I'll tell you what though, and Rangers are proving this point. Team togetherness, spirit, a work ethic, call it what
you will is worth as much as millions spent on a team.
No big time charlies, no one earning thousands more than others, the lads are out performing some of these big spenders

They'll be without their star player though

                  Haha
                  Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
                  And many more mistakes

LES FERDINAND, IT'S TIME TO GO

Very true Dave. The 3 loan signings and Rangel could all be classed as 'need to prove a point players' none of them played much at all last season and are relishing doing so and showing a fantastic attitude with it. Just goes to prove that some players want to play and not just pick up their money. The whole squad seem more together than they ever were when Holloway was here and for someone who only really had passion as his management skill is saying something. Winning breeds togetherness more than anything, long may it continue.

Another factor is that we can basically predict the starting lineup for every game. We have a first team and that continuity also keeps things tight and organised. The subs are used tactically and step up for the odd game for injuries or suspensions.

Jeff why did we not target players of this ilk who actually wanted to to play and prove point instead of the money grabbers we chased. Things could have been whole lot different if we had in every aspect

Cricks we got few players too who could arguably have shout for being inside such as BOS Cousins Hall and Furlong. We look solid outfit on the pitch and from the bench
