I might take the #### out of the negatives on here but I do actually understand the mood. Not exactly happy with the way things have gone this season, i just happen to think there isnt much JFH can do with a team that, bar 3 players, isnt his. At least you can see where I'm coming from mate.

of course i see mate. its only fair he gets a chance to build in the summer. personally can not see it being much better but its the right thing to do. just hope he can prove me wrong.

A worry for me is that we don't seem to go at teams even when 1-0 down like proper go at them. I always think JFH makes subs too late. Suppose he's still learning though and i will only properly judge him when he's had his summer transfer window and pre season.

stan, looking at the stats, 9 draws out of 14 games will tell you otherwise.

I know that stats Hits but I maintain that no team sets out not to lose. It's naive to believe otherwise. Even a clear underdog seeks to contain, soak pressure then attack on the break.

My only criticism of JFH so far is his way over-cautious starting line-ups.

Why the "over-cautious lineups"? Clearly JFH has been told to play conservatively til we are assured of not being relegated, then do whatever he wants to test out players for next season. It's the only explanation that makes sense.

I really do wonder what some posters actually see Jimmy Floyd has got a worse squad than Ramsey had even after he broke their desire to play , JFH bought 2 outfield players and a reserve goalkeeper in 3 weeks ago if he throws the 2 players in a#####t this sort of gutless crap they are likely to become just as bad , his players need time or is it that easy for them to come in from lower league sides and immediately turn our season around

Wait, so Burton was coming outright first when JFH was with them and their fans are saying his style is negative?


... Hopefully next season we get a bit of that negative style and top the league.

I disagree Tanpa. I don't believe JFH would have agreed to take the job if he was in any way going to be dictated to (from above) over team tactics and playing style.

The only explanation I can think of for his over-cautious line-ups is he's biding his time until the summer when he gets the chance to fully build his own team.

Imagine tell uproar if he went all out for it and had chery and other attacking players starting and we lost every week. Safety first this season with a team he's still learning about.
