Party time in the sun, some superb finishing routed Pompey, however not sure 6-1 truly reflects the game. We dominated the first 30 minutes but a very dodgy 15 minutes before H/T, if they had scored a second I’m not sure how it would have gone.
Instead second half we were treated to another 2 bits of excellent finishing and a perfect penalty. Kone richly deserved both goals as he worked tirelessly.
Overall a masterclass in taking our chances.
Pompey fans not happy bunnies at the end giving their players fearful abuse, thought Pompey never gave up and spurned a few excellent chances.

Bit flattering the score but we took our chances & they didn’t, fantastic result though

Well done team, should finally help our goal difference. To have convincing back to back wins is such a rare occurrence and showed we are capable of scoring a few goals along the way.

the strangest 6-1 win - only when the 5th goal went in did it seem truly comfortable. according to the stats we had 6 touches in the penalty area the entire game! which seems odd. We took nearly every chance that came our way - Pompey had 20 chances and score 1 - funny old game!
