Substitutions should have been made at H/T.

Blackburn wanted it more than us, simple as that. Almost like both management and players were already on their summer holidays. Dunno if it is a coincidence or not but I don’t think Nourry comments yesterday are helpful, more or less saying we don’t want to go up this season. But no one is going to sell for £5 million plus playing like that, that is for sure.

At halftime I still thought we would win - we were ok in the first half - 2 chances 2 goals for them - the first was a really good goal the second a shocker.

but the second half was so bad - no creativity whatsoever- too many players off there game. Unable to cope with Blackburns press.

special mention to Harvey Vale for one of the worst performances I have seen for a long time!

Just got back from the game. I stayed right to the very end to avoid the rush. Can't give credit to any of the players. Kone needs to take off his concrete boots. I know he got our goal today but I think Saito is too much of a liability now, and should be shipped out at the earliest opportunity. Yes, we have an injury list as long as your arm, but that side should have performed better. Frustratimg beyond the extreme today and the way teams are now queueing-up to do a job on us at Loftus Road, I am now losing patience with Julien Stephan's inability to motivate and get a result from winnable fixtures at home.

Keep humping the ball up to kone who doesn't win a header and looks like he doesn't want to win a header as well .
The ball bounces off kones foot most of the time too ....so it keeps coming back , if by chance it does go out to either wing then the crossing is abysmal....no urgency throughout the team bar Edwards and dunne who both done alright...
We never had a midweek game so don't know why we were so lacklustre, we couldn't string 3 passes together , Blackburn wanted it more dug in and hassled and harried us ....poor poor showing today.

This was probably the only game I've watched for a long time where I wished our team had as much pace as the match referee.

Vale couldn't even take a corner without hitting their side netting!

Smyth & Kone putting hands on their players backs and protesting when they took advantage and fell over to get free kicks.

Walsh didn't come off his line in an attempt to get that cross for their first.....oh for John Burrage!

Cook & Dunne are too slow together and left too many gaps and poor marking which they exploited.

Im struggling to pick out any of our players for praise.

I said the same thing at half time yesterday. Our center backs are normally very good and have saved us a number of times recently, but yesterday their forward was able to simply run straight ahead through a massive gap in the centre of the field.
Not sure who was at fault (were we covering a wayward fullback?), but it appeared ridiculously easy to just run at our goal unchallenged.

I wasn't there s9 can't comment with any authority but I'd guess Blackburn had a gameplan devised by an astute manager that was designed to pull our defenders apart? You can't just look at the goals in isolation, it's about their general build-up play and runners. Maybe opponents look at our Wrexham panic/collapse and think, just get after them with pace and numbers and they fall apart at the back? Let's be honest, it can't be too hard for our opponents to analyse our games and identify our weaknesses.
