Best home performance of the season, restricted WBA to a few chances and took ours well, first half very even like a cagey game of chess, just about deserved the H/T lead, second half mostly the better team, bit nervy after they scored, but after brilliant work by Kone Burrell put the game to bed. He could have done that 10 minutes before after missing a open goal.
We can still improve by not losing possession so easily and giving away soft fouls.
Excellent performances from RND and especially Madsen who stopped countless moves.

Motm has to be Burrell, 2 goals, worked his nuts off, find of the season and just love the enthusiasm of the guy.

Wouldn’t say best home performance as I thought the Hull match was better, passing awful at times & had good & bad spells, Kone had better game & Burrell consistent

Burrell just never stops, he is an absolute machine and we are so lucky to have him.

Good performance all round. Nardi still makes me nervous with the ball at his feet and playing out from the back not good but overall enjoyed my Saturday afternoon

Great update on today's match. I just wish we could play like this against poor sides, we've played 3 of the current bottom 4 and taken 2 points from them.

Frey did exactly what he was brought on to do - hold the ball up and run down the clock not sure Poku was what was needed when you are looking to protect the win

As soon as the stoppage time was announced, Kone went to ground and seemed to indicate he wanted to come off. I think he had a bit of cramp, or wasting time as the 7mins was added. Frey had to come on to replace Kone.

Certainly agree with most of this. It was great to see Rangers creating goal scoring opportunities by harrying WBA into making mistakes. Burrell was awesome, and thought Dembele made an impact after coming on. We really do need to get into the habit of holding on to the ball for longer though, and I am still unconvinced that Julian knows how to use Saito: he tries, but was like a fifth wheel for most of his time in the game today I felt. Nardi did his usual 6 yard box horror show but made a great stop. That aside, we really showed a lot of character today and a great win indeed. Proud to be Rangers today.

Very scrappy in the last 30 mins of the first half and both trams struggled to keep the ball on the ground due to the weather. It seems more like a game of head tennis on times. Great second half and win overall. We really did come out a different team in the second half and everyone worked so hard.

Seemed a very scrappy poor quality game to me. Thought we won by dint of being slightly less sloppy than WBA.
