Madsen looked good at first, won the ball back a few times and was comfortable in possession.
At some point late first or early second either something rattled him or he was tired and that's when he didn't perform as well imo.

Again I didn't see the game, but Madsen got another assist...!
Is he finally coming good and should be kept for next season?

The subs seemed to be not to lose rather than go on to win - at times the players didn’t seem to know where they were supposed to be.
that said a good all round team performance against a form side who play nice football

Some good football in the 1st half , Ashby ( poor player) and Dunne should of scored.
Yang and saito both tired 2nd half and I think Marti could of gone for it
Don't see what Bennie or fox bring to the team if you're trying to win it .

Rom what's your take on this Yang up top? Is there a reason to do it before having Kolli / Frey in that role, given the squad today seemed an odd choice on paper. You see a plan?

Thanks Romford, Ashby should have used his left, he would have scored.

Excellent point against the divisions form team, entertaining game with both teams going for a win. First 25 we played some lovely football leading to the opening goal, Ashby have a great chance for the second but keeper saved well.
City slowly worked their way back into it and scored a well worked equaliser, Morrison getting the wrong side of his man.
Second half a lot cagier with chances at a premium, I think towards the end both teams did not want to lose.
Considering the mish mash of the team thought they played really well.
Hope MC stays and can move forward with the club.Tags: None
