We should play 2 up front from the start and get the ball forward as quickly as possible.
Forget this dumb playing it around our area, the opposition goal is 100 yards away.
Call me old fashioned but you do not get many goals playing one two ‘s with your goalie.
Don’t most goals come from just 3 or 4 passes?

I like to be fair and don’t tend to have highs or lows, but today was as bad as anything a Ainsworth team could serve up.Originally posted by WeAreQPR12 View Post
Don't think we should be questioning Marti he's massively improved this football club. I know you're angry but you normally hold it in better than this Romford and Marti is definitely the Messiah!
I question MC on his game plan, what is it, at times today it was watching an overs 50’s game of walking football. I also question the pairing of Andersen and Madsen in the same team, both lightweight and create nothing.
Today was the first time under MC that I wondered what the #### was I watching, certainly not attacking football.
Shocking display and our first 3 homes games have ammased 2 points, we all know where that could lead too .

Bring back Ainsworth and route one? Even though it wasn't lump it up fron CB to CF!Originally posted by Romford Hoop View PostDreadful game with 2 woefully poor teams attempting to play football, Millwall slightly better than us, and they are as basic as you get.
Rangers had no movement, cohesion and formation non existent, this playing out from the back is totally pointless, gets us no where and is pissing fans off.
MC is meant to be the messiah, but what are his tactics, we create nothing, constantly lose possession and bore fans to death.
Andersen and Madsen were embarrassingly bad, subs didn’t help either, only Frey with a well taken goal, and Cook and Paal were ok.
Getting sick of watching these lack lustre lazy displays, some players need a rocket up their Jacks.
So say, direct football is criticised and play out from the back the same. Warbs got the same sh1t£ for this poor man's tick-a-taca or whatever its called.

Could've posted the above after last week's snorefest. Fact is, if we don't liven up sharpish we will be spending the season around the basement of the division again. Suppose we have to give it 10 games but currently I'm wondering if Madsen, Varane and Andersen are cut out for the ferocity of the EFL. Also, assuming Marti has some sort of gameplan, he might need to accept that other managers have cottoned onto it. We can't allow ourselves to be completely disrupted by opponents who are simply energetic and busy.Originally posted by Romford Hoop View PostDreadful game with 2 woefully poor teams attempting to play football, Millwall slightly better than us, and they are as basic as you get.

I was thinking the same thing about Madsen, he dissapears for long periods in games. He needs to start tmproving rapidly. I like Anderson but he's had a couple of poor games lately.Originally posted by 72bus View PostA poor poor game , we seemed to just go thru the motions.
No urgency , lacklustre and messy.
Anderson and Madsen are both really.poor and are as bad as dozzell.
Dembele and saito both not at the races and what is the goalkeeper doing playing so high up , it's a matter of time before he messes up .
I thought we were lucky to come away with a point today. Frey had another good game and without him we'd have lost. Millwall played as they always do, we really missed callback today, we needed somebody strong in the middle of the park to link the defence and attack and to break up some of their attacks.
Take a point and regroup for the next one.

Think you nailed it. Couldn’t get into their half and messed about in our own. Anderson has to stop taking set pieces and corners. Another winnable game lost. Millwall better first half and probably evens second half. Why can we not penetrate the opposing teams half. Very poor and don’t consider a point any consolation. Marginally better than last season but not much. Freys goal was excellent so one positive at leastOriginally posted by Romford Hoop View PostDreadful game with 2 woefully poor teams attempting to play football, Millwall slightly better than us, and they are as basic as you get.

The one and ONLY time we attacked with pace in the entire game we scored! This insistence on slowing things down to walking place just kills any momentum

Without chair their is no drive in this side going forwards
we pi££ about across the back 4 without a press and we’re comfy the moment a cm gets it they press we lose it and on back foot
Madsen, Anderson woeful
smyth can’t pass can’t cross and is lightweight
all our cm can’t take the ball and turn with it and play a ball behind opposition Celad must be thinking if I’m worse than some of them starting I ain’t upping sticks with my family
Frey needed help but dembele or saito got near him
All for backing Marti but ffs at least switch play up a bit as Nardi to cook to jcs to paal to jcs to cook to Dunne to cook etc is a boring as it type as to watch
said it before the lad at Cambridge Barton young etc was everything this side lacks

Have to say that I don't always agree with how you see the games Romford.
However I totally agree with every single word you've said on todays game.
Although you could have saved yourself a bit of time summing it up, by just typing any one of the following
Turgid
Borefest
Dog5hit
Garbage.
