You may be right about Rhodes and Murray is probably too old to take a chance on - so that leaves Austin which I personally would have gotten in. From his stats he looks like a proper goalscorer:

Every single one of these players are Premier League players now. Some of them better than others but my point is why couldnt we be the ones buying the next Graham?
Bothroyd had a lucky season with Cardiff....never scored that many before in his career.

Anyway Austin, Murray or Rhodes would have been way better than Mackie or an injured Zamora/Remy. You all know I am right!

I think we missed out on Odemwingie through messing about with his value. We had the money so why didn't we just give them the 3.5m they wanted instead of pis*ing about with 3 lower offers as we wre prepared to give it to them at the end
