  • Taarabt will never be a great

I love the guy, I think he is outrageously talented, and with his improved attitude and hard-work, I think if he was playing for a better side with better players, he would constantly be getting rave reviews - but the fact remains, he is not a goalscorer. Someone like Van Persie or Messi or Ronaldo would have buried that chance yesterday, but you just knew Tarbs was going to miss. So whilst I think he can make his way to the top and be a success, but I don't think he will ever be a "great".

You remind me of an old taraabt marshy. Infact i'd say you've thrown even more tantrums than adel.

Still we will keep you wrapped in cotton wool and try not to upset you
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

Not throwing a tantrum, just stating the facts. He should have scored that.

I know this is playing into your hands but Adel's a confidence player, the last thing we should do is knock his confidence, just remember Cardiff at home & away, Preston home, Swansea home, Arsenal home, Tottenham home, Foolham home.

He's a social player & he's great for us as the crowd love him, he's a confidence player and it's important not to criticise him even if he's not doing so great as it will damage him & potentially cost QPR points
            Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
            And many more mistakes

LES FERDINAND, IT'S TIME TO GO

The chance hart saved? To be fair it was a great save, and also Adel had no right to skip past clichy who is a top full back with such ease. I wouldn't say it was a chance he had to score, more of a half chance he created himself.

Marshy, I notice the Adel haters always say you love him etc, but don't go making threads like this to prove your point mate that you can also criticise him.

I thought it was a very good save.

                  Exactly that.

I'm not criticising him. He's one of my fav players, I have defended him endlessly when he has received unfair criticism. But I just do not feel he will ever be a great, his finishing lets him and us down, and surely as a fan on a forum, I am allowed to express this opinion without being made out to be someone who is knocking down a player.

I think we all know he'll never be a 'great'.

However he's a 'great' for us and that's all that matters. His performances under Harry have been outstanding. He was immense last night in the defending part of his game which a year ago was unthinkable. I think he got caught out once last night when Zabaleta run off him and set up Aguero who put it in the upper tier

I think his great already, and don't think it was as easy as it looked.

adel is already great but could become world class. Finishing could improve but has it all and the most skillful player, apart from messi. Think he has more tricks than ronaldo but ronaldo is the finished article.

Just enjoy the draw against man city FFs . It's getting ridiculous the amount of threads created slagging off players when we just picked up 6 points against Chelsea, man city , spurs and west ham.
