Also, a common mistake made by many Britons, is believing that just because someone has been successful in one sphere of business, they can be in others.
    Horses for courses.
I now firmly believe that TF needs to get better advisors, knowledgeable in football matters, as he is definitely lacking in experience.
But, the longer that TF toughs it out, and once he gets better advisors on board, the more experience he will gain, and the more positive, results will become.
    spot on

I agree. Fans should lay off Fernandes. Yes , he has made mistakes, especially on wages paid to players at QPR, but at least he has the best interests of the club at heart and is a genuine football fan.

Why are these F##### G ########s having a go at T.F. I'm sure all he's ever tried to do is his best for the club. He's only mistake was employing Hughes, and he's now put that right, maybe he waited too long, but slagging him off is out of order if he and the Mittal's walk away we 're shagged, we'll end up with very few people wanting to buy a struggling club.

Tony has done nothing wrong other than listers to the people who told him to employ Hughes? Sure he's only trying to do the best for our club and wants what we all want which is a successful Rangers!

                Tony Fernandes

How anyone can give TF any stick is just beyond me and makes you wonder about the sanity of some of our fans.

This guy has done everything in his power to improve things for us and yet some fans still abuse him and could potentially force him out. Do these fans have any memory of the debacle of Briatore and Paladini?

If any of them had the finance that TF has, they would have done exactly the same thing. New ground, new training ground, Hughes over Warnock. hindsight is a great thing. Also most fans including me were happy with 90% of the signings. The players haven't delivered, simple as that. Hughes recruitment policy can be questioned now, but every signing was better on paper than what we had.

Now get of TF back. If he goes we are doomed 100% with him and Harry there is still some hope.
                :drunk:

We should have a seperate section for these threads. Some people will never stop, just accept it.

maybe next 2 home games give us chance to let him know that we love him and wants him to stay, even if we go down.

Why don't we make a banner and let off some balloons next home game? to show we support TF?

I will never critisice TF, not because he did not made any mistakes (all of us do) but because he showed a lot of committment to make QPR successful. Things have not turn out to be that positive. Most of the players did not perform at all and we up ended playing the underrated players that won us promotion. All the pressure the club is under is surely not helping. In a few weeks time, God forbid, if the situation continue for the worst, I can see the likes of Remy struggling to perform. And we will start to get critical for spending such a huge sum of money. We were not that bad until these last two games. However, we cannot let this defeat by MK distract us from what the main aim is for the season....staying up. Honestly, I am not that optimistic. However, hope and faith are the things that will keep us fighting till the end.

It is beyond common sense anyone can abuse TF. Yes he has made mistakes but mostly due to being too loyal to the previous manager. How many others like TF are there?..we are all allowed an opinion obviously but how can you slate someone who acts with the best intentions. Employers employ wrong people but they are not normally wrong at the time of appoitnment...many wanted warnock out...many wanted hughes out....i for feel TF has been superb for the club although i do worry about our financial position should we get relegated. I doubt TF would have told Hughes he wanted to sign certain players although there is a possible link with the signing of Park and raising the club profile in Asia and promoting air asiain the process. i have been going to rangers since 1976 and i cannot remember another chairman with such good intentions..maybe the new stadium and training facility is part of the plan based upon our income from the premier league...it may just be on hold and who could blame him or the board...tony is not to be held accountable for backing a manager...TF appears to be a man of integrity and i for one salute the man for his efforts thus far!. we could always get another bulstrode!

Twitter really vexes me, surley twitting is for birds

from what ive read you are just leaving yourself open for abuse so why be on it ?????

as for our training ground /stadiumTF needs to learn that empires are build and not brought like a business

if we survive this season which i think we will, we need to consolidate the club for a couple of seasons then move forward .

just my take on things ...................
