Regardless of todays result January must be about moving out as much of Hughes dead wood as possible and signing 2 or 3 young, sellable championship players. CB and 2 forwards. Vodra from watford and rhodes from Blackburn. Outlay might be several million but wages less and age and re-sell value on their and our side

it is pretty vital. We are a long way from safety now and I don't recall any team ever staying up with this number of games left when this far from safety. Anyone know if it has happened in modern football?

That guy from Watford is going to be a real top player one day. Crystal Palaces Glen Murray is another Holt & Rickie Lambert for sure too. They would be two good targets
        Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
        And many more mistakes

LES FERDINAND, IT'S TIME TO GO

SSN saying Rodgers won't be at the game due to illness. I'm hoping that is a bad thing for the Liverpool players but it probably won't be...

Good thing city didn't give up when 8 points off top spot last season, else they would never win the league

So true. This county would fall apart if we had to go to war now
