Sure, our squad could be improved, like most other squads, but is it really the worst squad in the PL? I don't think so. In which case lack of talent is not our problem.

The one thing we need, IMO: MOTIVATION. Our bunch of over paid pussies need a harsh reality check. You'd think MH would be the person who could give it to them but so far, apparently not.

I think he just whips out his ipad, shows them a load of opta stats . Sometimes a 'f lckin get in their faces' type talk does much more for the team.

These lot are really embarrassing themselves and proving why other teams wanted rid, have they got no pride?? of course not they gave that up years ago to watch their bank balances grow.
