A win tomorrow will be followed by a defeat against Utd. Who knows how we'll get on against Villa.

In my opinion it won't turn our season around.

If we go into yet another transfer window desperate for new signings then we've got some massive massive problems. Too many players signed recently as it is.

What really winds me up about our situation is quite a few of the playing staff have come out in support of Hughes but surely if that was the case they would run through brick walls to save his skin ? All very strange as they talk a good game but fail to deliver on the pitch . As for turning our season around I'm afraid I feel only a change on management will do this . Like some have previously said some managers and clubs don't go together and I think that's where we are .

A better balanced midfield, new strikers(2), at least one new fullback, a new CB, and we have to use widht when we are attacking.
On top of that It seems like we need a new manager aswell.

Maximum 3 signings in January IMO.

The only possible saviour to our season is Hughes out and Harry in!

              yes

yes i agree with greg 1982,he may be a brilliant manager but hes just not going to be able to stop our leaking ship we are slowly sinking and the problem is that hughes has for some reason failed to create chances to put the ball in the net,his obsession with defending ,has meant that he has not thought about how to get that ball into the net

its a shame because i thought he could bring something to the team , or just a massive wage bill

Back to back wins would do us a power of good.

chucking in a few more big name players on the way down only heaps mistake upon mistake. we are desperate for a centre half (one who can actually defend) but apart from that its more about getting more out of what we have.

a progressive manager, charlie austin, michael dawson and a hell of a lot of bruised egos.

we could do with a manager that could actually get players to perform and try to win away games.

MH is going at XMAS, the question is - will it be too late.

A change of manager is the only thing that could turn it around IMHO. Players have lost respect for him or he is telling them to play like donkeys. We have a decent squad with some holes - certainly not the worst in the league and there are definately 3 squads worse than us - so whay are we where we are. Simple - MH has failed this season.

Change that poor excuse for a manager we have and maybe the players will start performing. Think they are more fed up with him than what we are.

IMO, he has to go now. Not at XMAS.
