it's very interesting that against the 4 so called better sides, Man City, Chelsea, Spurs and Everton, we have played good football and not looked out of place. The more physical sides have caused us much more problems.
I've said countless times that we have to sort the defence out, once we do I think we'll be ok.
I know points are the most important thing when you're at the bottom, but the performance should give decent cause for realistic optimism

Very pi5sed off leaving the ground, but am more positive having watched a recording of the game. Samba and Granero had v good games. Lovely possession in the middle and Taabs and Holliett excellent. If only we could stop conceding such poor goals and make our possession count better by creating more- and better- chances. Am still worried, mind. Six points minimum needed from next three games.

Wouldn't say I am well happy as I am frustrated we weren't given the penalty and didn't get the win we deserved but I fully agree, the players put in a real shift today and no one let us down. We just need that bit of luck and the tide will turn but I think a lot have already made their minds up. Hope TF keeps the faith as MH WILL get us to mid table if he is given the chance to.

The win will come very soon. We're long overdue a win and we're playing great football, I reckon we'll beat Arsenal on saturday. The players normally give it their all at these sort of games, and our attacking players will take advantage of their occasional sloppy defending.

Performance pleased me apart from the fact that we conceded sloppily again and apart from a lucky deflection we couldnt score either. I said at start of season id gladly take 17th come the end so not all that bothered.
