Should have been in the original 25 with AJ, Cisse and Bobbie.

He's had enough money to spend. Why should he get more when he has a striker on the books? Can't see more signings being sactioned personally unless we are in absolute dire straits which hopefully we won't be. DJ is not a world beater but he's a good poacher who should be involved now.

With Cisse, the news of his divorce has surfaced. So explains where his mind is at.
Hopefully will see a better effort from him in the coming weeks.Comment

I'll be honest, I wanted to see Dj Campbell given a fair crack of the whip.
Even before this cisse divorce, I had my pairing to be Zamora and Johnson/Campbell, as I thought they would be a great combo. Losing Johnson was a huge blow but due to the fact that andy has had a tough time with injury's, it was a shocking mistake to only have 3 natural strikers in a squad of 25. We have imo a top 8 midfield, once samba is played in a more advanced role and fit, but unfortunately we have a bottom 3 defence and without Zamora chipping in, it makes the campbell absents even more bizzare.
I think Holliet off zamora is our best option but I hope and pray for no more injury's, If we lose Zamora we might as well call it a day.I played sunday league football today.
Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.
I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.
We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!Comment

I think AJs place should go to DJ, but that'll still leave us with three strikers.
Will Hughes stick with Dyer and Ephraim or will he replace one of them with another striker for the run-in? Personally, I'd go for a fourth striker. We have to rebalance our squad.Supporting QPR isn't just about a football team. It's about roots and identity.Comment

And so he should, get him back from Ipswich now... we need a strikerQPR boss Mark Hughes has indicated striker DJ Campbell, who is on loan at Ipswich, could have a future at Loftus Road.
The forward had seemingly fallen out of favour with Hughes and sealed a three-month loan switch to Ipswich Town last week.
Campbell grabbed a goal on his Ipswich debut in the defeat against Cardiff and hasn't ruled out joining Paul Jewell's Tractor Boys on a permanent basis.
However, Hughes has indicated the forward's QPR career may not be over and, with Andy Johnson set to miss the majority, if not the entirety, of the remainder of the season, Campbell could yet return to Loftus Road when his loan spell comes to an end in the new year.
"We're looking at all our options," Hughes told the Chronicle.
"Obviously DJ's not played for us but circumstances change very quickly in football and fortunes of players and clubs change very quickly.
"DJ needs to go and get some games, but you never say never in this game."

Hughes' squad selections are a little strange. Can't believe he went in with just three strikers that all have long injury records. He's left us weak in defence as well. It should be a 9-9-4 split but Hughes went 8-11-3.
He claims he has a number of versatile players. Yes, jack of all trades master of none. If you want a striker, then get one instead of converting midfielders. If you want fullbacks then get them instead of using your CBs. We're not scoring enough goals because we don't have the firepower, and we're conceding too many because we don't have enough specialist defenders.
DJ has scored goals at this level, and a couple of years ago had a better scoring record in the division than yesterday's England captain. I don't think DJ has been given a chance since Hughes came in. Maybe he will in January.Supporting QPR isn't just about a football team. It's about roots and identity.Comment
