Is it Hill's fault he's picked to play left back? He's a central defender. Don't get me wrong, I don't want him in our starting 11 but happy enough in our squad, just play him in central position. Why the f..k don't Harriman and Ehmer get a game?

What is evident about Hill, and it was the case against Spurs although defensively he done well, is he does not have the ability to play the passing style we are trying to adopt. All his passes go backwards and this kills the momentum, he is not comfortable on the ball

Just got back Hill was woeful but it was Hughes who picked him. As soon as the side was picked all those around me said the same, Hill is a centre back at best but never a left back even in the Championship let alone at this level.

To be honest am keeping faith with Hughes but it is wearing thin, just picked the wrong side today Phillips gives nothing and what was the point of bring Holliet to the club if you are not going to pick him. His selections are so negative.

hard to take when watching a premiership player apparently. great guy i repeat but just way out of his league im afraid but as others have mentioned its the managers fault for 1 selecting him & 2 not buying decent defenders

Beaten so easy against West ham for goal, both goals today down his flank beaten easily & we wonder why we are struggling!!

Useless player & championship quality AT BEST!!!

Hill was poor today but Ferdinand at fault for second goal he's F#####g useless as for the miss by bosingwa dreadful. Hughes never addressed our defensive frailties in the summer kept buying midfielders when we were crying out for 2 decent centre backs
