Think it depends what you call "masses of money". No, they haven't done a Man City but wouldn't have thought there wd be any change on £50m a year running costs for our club now (obviously much of that off-set by revenue), but in addition the 15m or so in transfers and god alone how much extra on the training ground. The days when a Jim Gregory cd come along and buy and fund a club into the top flight are gone. You need someone with seriously deep pockets, not just for the outlay but to be able to effectively write the money off should the football bubble burst or QPR get relegated.

Anyway, as you say the investment, long term, such as the trainning ground etc must be in agreement with the Mittals and their investment along with TF and co, which further cements the theory that this is all BS as why would they agree to it if they wanted out....
