Fabio was impressive, getting better every game. In the few instances he lost the ball last night, he didnt give up until he had won it back, proper commited little player, I like him.

He is very much getting better, has the odd bad/rash tackle in him though, he will pick up a red this season

Sure our defence sat will be fabio, Nelsen, ferdinand, Bosingwa.

I think Nelsen was brought in to play and marshall the backline and I expect he will pair up with ano if / when we sign a CB.

Fabio was good but he is so bad in the air. The lad he was marking out jumped him all night and he was same height if not smaller. Defo growing in confidence tho and will only get better

Liked what I saw of Ryan Nelson. If I find that he's playing on Saturday, I certainly won't be complaining. He has to be the most assured looking centre half we have had for ages.

Did you see their forward after the challenge? Hobbled for a while and was looking at Nelson as though to say "like f am I going near him again" lol

He wasn't queueing up for seconds was he? he came in and done well, organised the line and very vocal, think he'll do a decent job when called upon.
