Other fans and clubs just have the hump on with us for signing players they think they should be in for so the easy thing to do is kick us. When you see that in black and white it would suggest that we have been sensible with how we have gone about our business
Its a shame that other fans dont see through the myth!!Comment

What I don't understand blue and white is,........ doesn't it make good business sense to invest say £10/15mill to get £70mill? Not that we have spent anywhere near that, but that would be around the figure we would get if we finish in the same place as last year when the new deal kicks in
Just shows the effect s**t media stories have on the population johnny, some people believe it all.I notice Sunderland fans have stopped whinging now they've chucked £22mill at 2 players in 24 hrs t*ssers!! 3 times what we have spentComment

We're not spending on transfer fees, but we are spending on wages. Will be interesting to see what our wage bill for the year is. I think this is the issue, that the media are reporting outlandish wages for our club and people accept it at face value.
I'm more worried about the media and the FA's treatment of us in the last season. A lot more than what fans' on other forums think, that's for sure. We seem to be getting rough treatment, and completely undeserved.
I'm thinking maybe improving the club's profile in the media is high up on the agenda right now, and if sacrificing Joey Barton was part of that? Then maybe it's a good thing he's going. Not nice to make the guy a scapegoat, but I love QPR more than a good but volatile football player.Comment
