Yep, I will stick my neck out and say Anton at CB - with Carvalho alongside him I think he is more than capable of doing a job there. Rather him there than nelson, based solely on the fact Nelson & Carvalho are, IMO, way too similar and slow to play together.

Average age of the back 4 of 28 - not a problem for me, personally.

i think we need to take a step back here tbh.

We've agreed in principle, which to me means we've psoken with Real / Mourhinho, who we know want to offload him, and said would you allow him to join us on loan.... They've said yes. I think that's as far as its gone. So in principle deal agreed, but for all we know, we may not have even spoken to the player ore agent as to whether he wants to come to us.

Great if it comes off but i dont want to get my hopes up.

Also does this mean Mbia off then... or would he come also on a perm to bolster midfield and defensive optoins....
