    Well first of all he has signed about a dozen players that have signed because of him, he has a brought in a whole backroom team, along with a scouting regime, but lastly and maybe most importantly, we need stability in the club, and by changing managers all the time will not bring this, we don't want the old Tango and Cash managerial policy back again

      Lets be honest, that wasn't really Hughes team last year, yes he bought in some fire power in January, but the the back line was pretty much Warnocks side. There will be more leaving , some expected maybe one or two not, judge him when he has totally rebuilt the side , he must be given the season if he has been given the funds and his back room staff.
