Yep, don't forget where we came from or where we actually are. And appreciate the progress the club is making.

Don't you see the hypocrisy in saying people shouldn't judge us when they're in no position to. Whilst calling teams like Everton and Villa boring, who have league titles and european trophies?

Not to mention the fact Everton and Villa have challenged for, and been involved in europe while we were in the championship.

God forbid we start off the league campaign badly, a lot of people seem more concerned about bragging rights than the club doing well.

People from these clubs and others have been banging on all summer about we shouldn't be going for this player or that player. Well why should they? We have greater aspirations then midtable - maybe not this season but certainly in the next 3-4 years. THIS is the reason why players come to us, they buy into the dream we have, they dont just come for the money (Park for example)

Everton - fans calling for the chairman to sell (no investment into the team)
Villa - Mcleish's job was to sell sell sell
Wigan, Fulham etc - their best players want to leave/have left.

Do you see any of these teams progressing as quickly as QPR will be in the next few years?

This isn't about forgetting our roots or where we came from, its about standing up to the other teams, standing up for Rangers and standing proud as we embark on one helluva ride!

...with their stupid comments, about how we spend too much and how we are in trouble if TF leaves us. How players THEY are in for, who subsequently sign for us, automatically become "mercenary's with no ambition", "only there for the money" etc.

If I was a player looking to join a PL team outside the top 6, I would prefer to join QPR over anyone else. Why? We are on the up - new training ground, new stadium, great investment, ambitions to move forward!

Everton, Villa, Sunderland etc. Year in, year out, mid table. Don't challenge for silverware, don't challenge for Europe, unlikely to be relegated. Why would any player want to join such boring teams?!

Mark Hughes was ridiculed for leaving Fulham due to lack of ambition, and then rolling up at LR. Why would he want to stay at Fulham? They have had Dempsey, the biggest name in US football for years, and have never once gone on a tour to the US to grow their fanbase. Where is the forward thinking? Oh right, they didn't have any.

EVERY team buys their way to success/mid table boredom/etc. I can't remember the last time I saw a fully home grown 1st eleven for any team. We get judged more as we buy star names, other teams buy mediocre players and when they (eventually) discover a decent one, they all dance around going "Look at us! We develop our talent! We're the best!". Please just stop talking!

Teams like Norwich and Swansea especially, need to stop mouthing off, not sure what they have ever achieved to think they are in a position to judge us!

So in conclusion, **** everyone and lets get going!

I love it. By them talking about us it clearly shows we are raising our clubs profile. Football is about opinions, I just hope we do our talking on the pitch. If we are inside the top 10 come January I could see the board pumping more money in to push for a European spot.

What do you call greater aspirations than midtable? Everton finished 5th-8th last few seasons under Moyes, a feat you labeled boring. Are you suggesting we will be challenging for the top 4? Competition for those spots is fierce, we cannot compete at that level. Also, take a look at Everton, Villa and Sunderland's youth set up, look at the quality they have coming into the side. Now look at our set up, what talent are we bringing on?

We have improved off the pitch, but on the pitch is where it counts. And a 17th place finish and abysmal away form is why we need to stay humble.

Don't visit other fans' sites if you don't like what you see. They've been banging on all summer? Wouldn't know, why do you care so much? What do you expect to see? They think we're a dirty side and that we're a small club. Only way to prove them wrong, is on a Saturday afternoon.
