Was told last night from a friend of mine who is a scout for Watford . Has told me a few things in the past that have been correct and a few things that have been a load of bull . So I wouldn't put my house on it being true . Now up on twitter as posted above . But again hardly reliable !

From what I keep hearing (no ITK) it's a case of sorting out the fee with Inter now. Cesar has agreed to come here. Not ITK just from reading a lot into it

I don't know 100% but I think it depends if the club are accepting to it. For example Spurs won't let Madrid talk to Modric because Spurs don't want to sell. But QPR would let Sheffield Wednesday talk to Bothroyd as Qpr want him gone and all party's want the deal to go ahead.

Today: Markus Henriksen from Rosenborg and a Norwegian international aswell is rumoured to be in negotiations with an unknown club from abroad. I have a feeling that the club could be us. Quite a few clubs are after him. Hmm. Just pure speculation on my part like I said.
