Nothing has been confirmed, talks stalled today, but people are jumping the gun, saying he isnt even coming, probably talking to other clubs to see what they offer, we are probably firm favourites

The guy is hot property it seems and so we are not alone in wanting to secure his services. As someone already said, Hoilett was coming, then looked elsewhere to see what people had to say, and then signed for us. Many were not patient on that deal and wrote him off, told him to f off and similar when all he was doing was weighing up the options and making the right decision for him. Nowt wrong with that and M'bia and any other player worth his weight would do the same. So let him look and listen, then make a choice, if it's us then brilliant, if not move on to the next one.

Sorry Franky - it wasn't aimed at you really, I get the impression you know how the world turns. It was really aimed more at some of the less patient posters that will repeat what they said regarding the Hoilett deal. To be honest I'm surprised there haven't been local riots around W12 because we haven't signed him, Dawson, Carvalho, Zouma, Defoe and Kaka already :impatient:

Just to clarify i was intending to mean that we are not close to an agreement right now unlike what some others may think as talks today were not successful Didn't mean to say definitely not happening at all.
