Well maybe Rigg is scouting out a full back in South America. Remember Hughes bought Zabaleta to Man City, and after a shaky start he was arguably the best RB in PL last season.

rightbacks we currently have harriman,elmar,ned, fabio, left backs we have troare, fabio,hill,conners, centerbacks we can have hill,ferdie,nelson,ned,conners. we have more than enough defenders to cover positions at the back but the question is, are they any good?

Guys Samba is top class, was one of best cb in the premier league, he could defend and scored goals, and he would have a great partnership with anton, anton with the pace and samba as the star quality and height, them get Danny Simpson or someone as the right back, then we are sorted!

Samba is a quality CB. But he's not long gone to Russia, personally I think we'll do a deal for him in January. Which is maybe why Hughes bought in Nelsen to see us through til then.

Samba dosent really like Russia had enough of being racially abused and Samba said he would live to work with Hughes again, only reason he didn't join in jan is because Blackburn didn't want to help our relegation fight so old him aboard he didn't really want to go, nelson is poor, I'd rather have hill there

Samba moved for a reported £12mill in feb, i don't think QPR are in a position to pay that sort of money for a defender, and i can't see his Russian club taking something like a £4mill loss after only 5 months. Just my view.

if he didnt want to go he could have refused to sign for them then wait till now to find another club
