It is not quite as simple as that, but in the context here then I think it is. Howvever racial discriminiation, in the eyes of the European laws and our own discrimination acts and law cpver dicrimination that include discrimination on the grounds of race, colour, nationality, ethnic and national origin.

That is why I find it strange that some people on here have been so hysterical about Terry, yet think abusing Jews and calling Welch Sheep Sh@ggers is totally fine. They will clearly say the fact it is Terry and Chelsea have nothing to do with their hysteria.

I don't think Anton will be banned. Even the judge said that he was brave to come forward, and I think he (and possibly JT) and the only people who confirmed what he said on the pitch. If he punished for telling the truth, this would not set a very good example.

Think he's just saying Ashley Cole in an uncle tom, not that he thinks black is better than white or anything.

if im not mistaken both are 'mixed' race....why do so many mixed race deem themselves more 'black'...most if not all brought up soleley by white parent in most cases mother!

Have often wondered this myself. Why do they choose disregard thier white heritage.
